3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon cracked peppercorns
1-2 tablespoons milk

Mix all the ingredients together.  Cover and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. If necessary, stir in milk to get desired consistency.

Seasoned, tender grilled chicken breast smothered in Parmesan Peppercorn dressing, topped with American cheese, thick-cut hardwood bacon, sliced lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onion on a toasted brioche bun served at Logan's Roadhouse.
